Portfolio Reviews

Would you like help with your photography career? As part of our podcast series The Art & Business of You with Beth Taubner, founder of Mercurylab and a Transformational Brand Strategist and Creative Director, we are inviting 2 photographers to submit a body of work or individual images to be reviewed by Beth and Emma Mapp, co-founder of the London Photo Festival.

The review will be recorded by video on Zoom and posted on our You Tube and social media channels. Don’t worry – this is a gentle critique!

To be considered please submit the following by 26 June noon GMT:-

  • Send your body of work or individual images (maximum of 20) as a low res PDF (we will require high res images if you are selected) along with a link to your website and Instagram (if you have them) to

info@londonphotofestival.org  and beth@mercurylab.co

  • Let us know if there’s a specific area you would like help with.
  • You can be at any stage of your photography career, pre-career and any discipline of photography
  • Confirm that you will be available to record the 20 minute review session in July (time and date TBC)

Looking for a bit of photography advice during this uncertain time? Pop over to our new podcasts where we speak to industry experts. Let us know if there are any topics you’d like us to over & we’ll do our best to help! We speak to Zoe Whishaw, Deborah Henry Pollard and Beth Taubner.

Photographers of the World

Don’t be shy! We know all about your photographs but we don’t know much about you! We are looking for the face behind the photo – do you want to be featured on our Photographers of the World page? Send us a short video (1 min max) or some blurb about you (you can mention what photography projects you are working on but remember you want to find out about YOU) and a photo of yourself. Email: info@londonphotofestival.org

Pandemic Photo Essay

We invite you to submit your images and photo essay documenting how the pandemic is affecting you and your life as Covid19 continues to change the way we work, play and learn.
